Availability is one of the required checks before a Draft can be published.
If an artwork’s availability is still Not set, Studio Operations does not have a current selling state for the work and publishing can be refused.
Choose the correct state
Open the artwork’s Price area and choose the state that is true now, such as For sale, Being held, Sold, or Not for sale, then save the artwork.
Do not choose a state merely to get past the publishing check. The setting should describe the work accurately.
