Use the Facts tab when the basic identity of an existing artwork needs to change.

Change the basic facts

  1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
  2. Open the artwork.
  3. Click the Facts tab.
  4. Under The basics, change any of these fields: Title, Series, Year made, Kind of work, or What it shows.
  5. Click Save facts.

Your reference number is created by Studio Operations and is read-only.

If materials or dimensions are wrong

Stay on the Facts tab and follow Change an artwork’s dimensions or materials.

If the public description is wrong

Move to the Words guide. The public description is not edited under Facts.
