Use the Words tab to change how an artwork is presented to collectors.
Your works → open the artwork → Words
Change the public words
- Choose Your works and open the artwork.
- Open Words.
- Edit the catalog caption, description, public specifications and search text.
- Choose Save words.
The catalog caption is limited to 250 characters and the description to 1,000 characters, including spaces. On a private draft, saving Words does not publish the artwork. Previous writing is kept in History.
Ask Studio Operations to prepare writing
Where enabled, Studio Operations uses the main image, known artwork facts and your private note to prepare a separate draft. Your note must contain at least 10 actual words. It is never shown to collectors. No personal AI account needs to be connected in Settings.
Review and edit the prepared caption, description, search text and keywords. Choose only the fields you want to use, confirm that you checked the selected writing, then choose Use selected text. On a published artwork the action says Update published text.
Preview the completed entry
After reviewed Studio Operations writing has been applied, choose Preview this entry in gallery. The private full-screen preview has Desktop and Phone views and a Back to artwork control. Previewing does not publish the artwork.
What stays protected
The title, dimensions, materials, price, edition, inventory facts and page address are not changed by the writing action. Private observations, checks and uncertainties are not shown to collectors.
