Review what Studio Operations prepared

Read and edit the prepared writing. The catalog caption is limited to 250 characters and the description to 1,000 characters, including spaces. Check that the interpretation and search terms genuinely fit the work.
Choose only the prepared fields you want to use. Existing saved writing changes only when you apply the selected text.
Know what AI does not change
Studio Operations AI does not take control of the artwork’s title, dimensions, materials, price, edition, inventory facts or page address. A Draft remains private until you deliberately publish it.
If the request is interrupted
Do not create the artwork again until you check:
Your works → look for the artwork you just added
If it is there, open that record and continue. This avoids duplicate artwork records.
