Public artwork inquiries can add people automatically
When someone submits an artwork inquiry with a new email address, Studio Operations creates a People record for them as an interested contact. The same relationship can be seen from the artwork under Who wants it.
If Studio Operations will not remove the person
Use Why can I not remove this person? before changing sale or paperwork records.
If you are preparing an offer for the person, continue to Create a private price for one person or Create and publish a Lookbook.
Website messages
Choose the Messages tab to read artwork inquiries, studio visit requests and general messages from the published Contact form. Opening a message marks it as read. A reply action opens your email application; review and send the reply there. To turn the website form off, open Website, choose Edit page for Contact, then open Contact form: On and clear Show contact form. Preview your choice, then Save as draft or Publish changes.
