Your artist website
For one shared design across Home, Work, About, Exhibitions, Contact and artwork detail pages, open Website → Site design. Choose fonts, sizes, colours, buttons, header, menu, page width and footer links using the previews. Save as draft keeps the design private; Publish changes makes it public with the saved pages. Preview this artwork from Your works uses the saved website draft design.
A gallery on your outside website
Open Settings → Appearance for the separate outside-website display controls. These let the embedded gallery match the website that surrounds it. Choose its fonts, colours and layout, then Save changes and check View gallery → Preview this page. The standalone preview has no microsite menu or footer.
Facts shown to visitors
Appearance also has separate gallery and artwork-page switches for price, availability, year, medium and dimensions. These show or hide facts; they do not delete the facts or change whether a work is published or sold.
Artwork rows on your artist website
The Work page reserves the same image area for every artwork in a row. Portrait and landscape images keep their full proportions and sit at the top left of that area. Shorter images leave white space below them so titles, artwork facts and prices or availability align across the row. Longer titles can wrap without shifting the next artwork’s facts. This presentation does not crop or alter your image files, change the saved artwork order or change the separate outside-website display settings.
