Use Your works to set the order in which collectors see your public works on your website. Reordering does not publish or unpublish anything, and it does not change the details inside an artwork record.
Change the website order
- Open Your works.
- Drag a work to its new position. If dragging is awkward, focus the row, press Space or Enter to pick it up, use an arrow key to move it, then press Space or Enter again to drop it.
- Choose Save website order.
- Wait for The website running order was saved.
- Reload Your works and confirm the order is still correct.
If you have many works
The Search your works field can temporarily narrow the list by title, inventory ID or material. Clear the search before the final review so you can see the whole catalogue.
What this changes
- Only works marked On website appear on the public website.
- A private work remains private after reordering.
- The artwork title, price, availability and other record details are not changed.
Move several works without dragging
- Open Arrange works in Your works.
- Tick the works you want to move. Search can narrow the list; separate titles or references with commas to find several works.
- Choose whether they go at the beginning, at the end, before another work or after another work. For before or after, search for and select the destination work.
- Review the placement and choose Save new order. Choose Cancel to leave the saved order as it was.
Check what visitors see
Refresh View gallery → Preview this page and your website’s Work page. Public works follow your saved order, including sold works. Category filters keep that order within the chosen category. Drafts and private works stay private.
Start from the newest works
New works that have not been placed in the saved order appear first in Your works. Newest first sorts the current list by when works were added. Choose Save website order only when you want to save that sequence for the website; sorting the list alone does not publish or save an order.
