Use this when you want to change which artwork facts collectors can see without changing the artwork record itself.
Open the public-field controls
Settings → Appearance → What shows under each work
Choose what collectors can see
For Price, Status, Year, Medium and Dimensions, choose separately whether each item appears in the Gallery and on the individual Page.
These switches change presentation only. They do not erase the underlying artwork facts or change the work’s real availability.
Save the presentation settings
Choose Save changes.
Check the public result
Preview website → Work
Check the Work presentation inside your Studio Operations Microsite.
View gallery → Preview this page
Check the standalone gallery used for an outside website.
If an entire artwork is missing, do not keep changing Appearance. Use Why is my artwork not showing in the public gallery?.
