Use artwork preview when you want to see the collector-facing entry without making a Draft public.
Preview while adding a work
Add a work → Preview this entry in gallery
The preview button is available in the Add a work panel so you can inspect the current entry before deciding how to continue. Previewing does not publish the artwork.
Preview a saved artwork
Your works → open the artwork → Preview this artwork
The collector-facing artwork page opens for you to inspect. A Draft preview remains private. A Published work can also be previewed from its artwork record.
Fix anything that looks wrong
Your works → open the artwork → Words
Use Words for the caption, description and search text. Use Images for artwork photographs, and the relevant artwork fields for facts such as price or dimensions.
Check the Microsite design
Website → Site design
The artwork preview uses the saved Microsite design, including its button style, colours and other presentation choices. Saving a Site design Draft does not publish it.
Publish only when you are ready
Preview and Publish are separate actions. When the artwork is ready, follow Publish an artwork to your website.
