Use Settings → Outside website to put your Studio Operations gallery on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy or Hostinger. Other, Weebly and Square Online are not offered.
Get your installation code
- Open Settings → Outside website.
- Choose your Website builder. The matching code and instructions appear immediately, without saving or refreshing the page.
- Choose Copy. Shopify and Webflow receive a gallery URL; the other supported builders receive a snippet.
- Your website address is optional. Choose Save changes only when you want Studio to remember your builder and address.
The gallery works on its own, without the Studio Operations Microsite menu or footer. You do not need to build or publish your Studio Operations Microsite before embedding your works.
Where to install it
- WordPress: use a Custom HTML block in the block editor, paste the full snippet and publish.
- Squarespace: add a Code block, select HTML, turn Display Source off, paste, then save and publish.
- Wix: Add Elements → Embed Code → Embed HTML. Paste the snippet, set the element to 1400 px high on desktop and mobile, then publish.
- Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Customize → Add section → Apps → Studio gallery. Paste the gallery URL into the app block and save.
- Webflow: add a Custom Element, set its tag to iframe and its src attribute to the gallery URL. Set width to 100% and height to 1400 px, then publish.
- GoDaddy: Websites + Marketing → Edit Website → Add Section → HTML. Paste the snippet, set Forced Height to 1400 px, then publish.
- Hostinger: Website Builder → Add elements → Embed code. Paste the snippet, set desktop and mobile height to 1400 px, then Update website.
Follow any account or plan requirements shown by your builder. The platform list is not a guarantee for every theme, plan or third-party plugin. Do not substitute another platform if yours is not listed.
Check the published result
Open the published page as a visitor on desktop and phone. Confirm the gallery and artwork details are reachable and that inquiry and visit links open correctly. Fixed-height builders use Previous and Next controls inside the gallery. A saved setting or browser observation alone does not prove the complete visitor experience.
WordPress compatibility note
The snippet works in a standard WordPress Custom HTML block in our tested setup, but WordPress installations vary. A theme or page builder, security plugin, managed-hosting rule, or user permission may remove or block the iframe or script. If the Studio Operations preview works but the gallery does not appear on WordPress, confirm that the complete snippet was saved unchanged, then ask your WordPress host or administrator whether custom iframes or JavaScript are restricted.
Preview before changing your site
Use Preview this page in Studio Operations to see the gallery itself first. If the preview works but one artwork is missing, use the missing-artwork guide.
Change what the embedded gallery shows
Use Appearance settings to show or hide price, status, year, medium, and dimensions. Use Gallery pause when you want to temporarily replace the whole gallery with a message.
