For the complete artist website, open Website → Site design. Home, Work, About, Exhibitions, Contact and artwork detail pages share its fonts, colours, sizes, buttons, header, menu and footer. Save as draft keeps changes private; Publish changes updates the published version. The separate website status switch controls whether visitors can see it.
Settings → Appearance contains separate outside-website gallery design controls and gallery/artwork-page switches for price, status, year, medium and dimensions. Choose Save display options (or Save changes if no website has been created), then check View gallery → Preview this page.
Appearance controls do not delete artwork facts or change publication and selling states. If a whole work is missing, check that it is published, visible and active. To install the standalone gallery on another website, use Settings → Outside website.
