A Studio Operations Microsite is the artist website built and hosted through Studio Operations. Inside the CMS, the feature is called Website. In Support, Website and Microsite mean the same built-in feature.
Know what the Microsite includes
Your Microsite can include Home, Work, About, Exhibitions and Contact, plus individual artwork pages.
Work comes from the artworks you publish in Your works. Visible menu labels can be renamed, for example About to Bio or Exhibitions to CV, without changing what those pages are inside Studio Operations.
Edit and preview it in Studio Operations
Left sidebar → Website
Edit the pages, change page order and menu labels, open Site design, and preview the website on Desktop or Phone before publishing.

Do not confuse it with an outside website gallery
Microsite means the complete Studio Operations-hosted artist website with its pages, menu, design and footer.
Settings → Outside website is different. It gives you the standalone Work gallery for an existing WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy or Hostinger site. That embed does not add the Microsite pages, menu or footer.
Use Website → Web address for the Studio Operations-hosted address. Custom domains are not offered there. They are planned for Studio and Studio Plus subscribers under Settings, but are not available in the current build.
