Choosing Straight from my site does not make checkout available by itself. Studio Operations checks both the artwork and the studio setup before it offers a collector a checkout path.
Check Getting paid first
- Save one company with Save and continue. Selected means only your choice is saved.
- Check the account name and reference in step 2. Connect your own account if none is shown.
- Complete any business activation or review at the payment company, then use Check connection again.
- Complete required tax setup, confirm the account, and turn checkout on in step 3. Save and check the page says Checkout is switched on.
If No checkout at all is selected, inquiries are intentional. If Connect is unavailable or another requirement remains locked, checkout stays off.
Check the artwork
- The artwork must be Published.
- It must be active and available for sale.
- It must have a valid asking price.
- Its purchase method must allow direct website checkout.
Check sales tax
Studio Operations also checks the business and sales-tax setup used for checkout. If the required business address or connected tax service is not ready, checkout can be paused even when the artwork and payment connection look correct.
Check shipping
Checkout needs a known buyer-facing shipping amount. Shipping must be included in the artwork price or entered as an exact separate charge. A quote-only or unresolved shipping setup cannot produce a fixed checkout total.
What collectors see instead
If direct checkout is not ready, the public artwork page uses an inquiry or arrangement path instead of taking payment online. Fix the missing requirement, then recheck the existing artwork rather than creating a second record.
