Use this when a Published artwork should stop appearing publicly but you want to keep the artwork record in Studio Operations.
Open the public-visibility control
Your works → open the artwork → Price → Where and how it sells
Hide the work
Untick Show this work on my website, then choose Save price.
The artwork stays Published in Studio Operations. You are hiding it from the public Work catalogue, not deleting it or returning it to Draft.
Check the public result
Preview website → Work
Check the Work page in your Studio Operations Microsite.
View gallery → Preview this page
Check the standalone gallery used for an outside website.
If the checkbox is disabled
The visibility switch is for a Published artwork. If the work is still a Draft, first use What Draft and Published mean.
To show the work again later, use Show a hidden published artwork on your website.
