Use this when the artwork should stop being Published and return to a private Draft. This is different from merely hiding a published work from your website.
Take the work back to Draft
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
- Open the artwork.
- Near the top of the artwork page, find the publication button that currently says Take it off your site.
- Click Take it off your site.
- Studio Operations changes the work to a private Draft and removes it from the public gallery.
You can also use the Shown on your site as menu and choose Draft, only you can see it. The result is the same publication state.
When you only want to hide it
If you want the artwork to stay Published inside Studio Operations but simply not appear in your public gallery, use Hide a published artwork from your website instead.
Why this matters for images
A Published artwork must keep at least one image. If you need to remove its final image, take the work back to Draft first, then follow Reorder or remove artwork images.
When the work is ready to go live again, use Publish an artwork to your website.
