Reorder or remove artwork images

Use the artwork’s Images tab when you want to change which photograph appears first, describe additional views, or remove images you no longer need.

1Open the image controls

1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
2. Open the artwork.
3. Click the Images tab.

2Change the image order

1. Drag the image cards into the order you want.
2. The first remaining image becomes the public Front image.
3. For additional images, use the menu on the image card to describe what the image shows when needed.
4. Click Save image details.

3Remove an image

1. On the image card you want to remove, tick Remove.
2. Click Save image details.

If the artwork is Published, Studio Operations will not let you remove its final remaining image.

4If you need to remove the last image

First follow Take a published artwork back to Draft. Returning the work to Draft is required before its final image can be removed. Merely hiding a published work from the website is not enough.

5If you need to add images

Stay on the Images tab and use Add images, or drop them here. For limits and supported formats, use Artwork image limits and supported file types. If an upload fails, use Fix an artwork image that will not upload.
