If an artwork image will not upload, check these items in order.
- Use a supported image format: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or HEIF.
- Keep each individual image at 10 MB or smaller.
- Keep the artwork to 6 images or fewer.
- If you are uploading several images together, remember that the web server can impose a whole-request upload limit in addition to the per-image limit.
- Wait for the upload to finish completely. If it was interrupted, try the upload again.
Studio Operations checks the actual file type on the server. Simply renaming a file extension does not convert the image.
If the image uploaded but is in the wrong position
Do not upload it again. Use Reorder or remove artwork images to choose the main image or change the sequence.
If the upload is what blocks publishing
Once the image problem is solved, return to Why can I not publish this artwork? for the rest of the required public details.
When to escalate
If a supported image within these limits still fails after a fresh retry, continue through Guided Help and open a support case if the problem remains.
