Use catalogue status when you want to keep an artwork record but treat it as archived instead of active.
Archive the artwork
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
- Open the artwork.
- Click the Price tab.
- Scroll to Where and how it sells.
- Open In my catalogue it is.
- Choose Archived.
- Click Save price.
Archived work is excluded from the public gallery.
Reactivate the artwork
Follow the same steps and choose Active, then click Save price.
If the work is Active but still missing online
Continue to Why is my artwork not showing in the public gallery?. Publication and public visibility are separate checks.
If you only want to hide a Published work without archiving it, use Hide a published artwork from your website.
