Use the Facts tab when an existing artwork’s size or materials need to change.
Change the dimensions or materials
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
- Open the artwork.
- Click the Facts tab.
- Scroll to Size and what it is made of.
- Change Height, Width, or Depth as needed.
- Choose Measured in: inches or centimeters.
- Change Painted with or Made with, Painted on or Made on, and Style as needed.
- Click Save facts.
If a material is not already available, type it into the material field and press Enter so it is added.
If the basic identity is wrong
Use Change an artwork’s title, year, category or subject.
If publishing is blocked
Materials are one of the required publication facts. If Publish still fails, use Why can I not publish this artwork?.
