Use this when someone asked about an artwork somewhere other than the public inquiry form and you still want that interest recorded inside Studio Operations.

Start from the artwork

  1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
  2. Open the artwork they asked about.
  3. Choose the Who wants it tab.
  4. Under People interested in this work, choose Add someone. Studio Operations opens People with that artwork already selected.

Add or choose the person

  1. If the person is new, enter their Name and any contact details you have.
  2. Under Who are they?, choose the most useful relationship, usually Interested.
  3. Keep the artwork connection that was carried over from the artwork page.
  4. Add any note about what they asked if the form gives you that field.
  5. Click Save this person.

The person is now connected to the artwork and can appear under Who wants it.
