Use the Private prices page after you have already created an offer and need to manage what happens next.

Studio ($29/month) or Studio Plus ($49/month) is required for payment workflows and private prices collectors can accept. On Free, Showcase and the trial, the relevant controls remain visible but locked. Click a locked control to see what Studio adds and Upgrade, or choose See plans to review your options. Saved settings and records are preserved.

Open the offer list

  1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Private prices.
  2. Find Offers you have made.
  3. Find the row for the artwork and person you want.

Choose what happened

  • Click They took it when the person accepted the offer.
  • Click They passed when they declined it.
  • If a closed offer should become active again, click Open it again.
  • Click Remove when you want the offer removed from the list. The artwork and person are left untouched.

Share or inspect the offer again

  • Click Copy the link to copy the private offer page address again. Share a real offer only with the intended collector; a forwarded link can be opened by others. Sample offers are owner previews and cannot be opened or accepted by collectors.
  • Click See the sheet to preview what the collector sees.

Marking an offer as taken does not record payment. Read What happens when someone accepts a private price, then use Sales when money actually moves.

If you need to make a new offer, use Create a private price for one person.

Find an existing private price

Open Private prices and use the Find box to search by work, reference or person. The list shows 20 offers per page. Use the page controls to see more matches, or Show all to clear the search. Finding an offer does not change its status or record a payment.
