A private price is a special offer for one person and one artwork. It is useful when a collector asks what you would take, when you want to make a temporary offer, or when you want to hold a number open for a limited time.
Studio ($29/month) or Studio Plus ($49/month) is required for payment workflows and private prices collectors can accept. On Free, Showcase and the trial, the relevant controls remain visible but locked. Click a locked control to see what Studio adds and Upgrade, or choose See plans to review your options. Saved settings and records are preserved.
Who can see it?
The private amount does not replace the artwork’s public asking price and does not appear in your public gallery. Studio Operations creates a separate private page with its own link. Anyone who has a real offer link can open it, including someone it is forwarded to. Share it only with the intended collector. Sample offers are owner previews; collectors cannot open or accept them.
What can the offer include?
You can use an exact amount, the normal list price, or a percentage discount. You can also include a separate shipping amount and an expiry date.
What happens when someone accepts?
Acceptance means the collector has agreed to the offer. It is not the same as payment. See What happens when someone accepts a private price.

Find an existing private price
Open Private prices and use the Find box to search by work, reference or person. The list shows 20 offers per page. Use the page controls to see more matches, or Show all to clear the search. Finding an offer does not change its status or record a payment.
