The billing email is stored under Subscription. It is separate from the email you use to sign in and from the studio email that receives artwork notifications.
Change the billing email
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations.
- At the very bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear icon. The Settings drawer opens from the right.
- Click Subscription.
- Scroll to Invoices and payment method.
- Find Billing email.
- Enter the email address you want to use for subscription billing.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.
To change your login email instead, use Change your sign-in email. To change where inquiry and sale notices go, use Choose where Studio Operations notifications are sent.
