Studio Operations lets you decide which artwork facts appear publicly without changing the private artwork record.
Open Appearance settings
In Settings → Appearance, you can control the public information shown in two places:
- the gallery view
- the individual artwork page
Fields you can show or hide
- Price
- Availability status
- Year
- Medium
- Dimensions
Each field has separate gallery and artwork-page settings, so you can keep the gallery compact while showing more detail after someone opens a work.
These settings affect presentation only. Hiding a price or dimension does not delete it from Studio Operations, and hiding a status does not change the artwork’s real availability.
Appearance does not decide whether the work exists online
If an entire artwork is missing, do not keep changing Appearance. Check publication and public visibility or use the missing-artwork troubleshooting guide.
If you still need to put the whole gallery on your website, continue to Put your public gallery on your existing website.
Style and content are separate
Website → Site design provides the shared artist website style. Settings → Appearance retains the separate outside-website gallery appearance and the public fact switches described above. Check the correct preview for the destination you are changing.
