Use the gallery pause when you want to take the public gallery out of view for a short period without changing individual artworks.
Pause the gallery
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click View gallery.
- Use the Gallery is live switch to pause it.
- Add the message you want collectors to see instead.
- Optionally add a Back by date.
- Save.
If you leave the message blank, Studio Operations uses its default pause message.
Your artwork records do not change
Pausing the gallery does not unpublish, archive, delete, or change the availability of any artwork. Your works stay exactly as they are in Studio Operations.
If you only want to hide one work, do not pause everything. Use the artwork’s public visibility setting.
Bring the gallery back
Switch the gallery back to live. Your qualifying Published, website-visible, Active works can appear again without republishing each one.
