When a collector accepts a private price, Studio Operations records that the offer was accepted. It does not treat that click as payment.
Studio ($29/month) or Studio Plus ($49/month) is required for payment workflows and private prices collectors can accept. On Free, Showcase and the trial, the relevant controls remain visible but locked. Click a locked control to see what Studio adds and Upgrade, or choose See plans to review your options. Saved settings and records are preserved.
Acceptance is not a sale
The private offer page explicitly tells the collector that nothing is charged there. Acceptance means the collector has agreed to the offered amount and is waiting for the studio to arrange payment and delivery.
Studio Operations marks the private price as accepted and keeps the offer page available for reference. You can see the accepted state in Private prices.
Record the money separately
A sale means money actually moved. When payment arrives, record or confirm the sale under Sales. That is what changes the permanent sale history and the artwork’s selling state.
After the sale is recorded, you can track shipping and understand the sale paperwork before choosing the document you need.
You can also manage the offer yourself
From Private prices, an offer can be marked accepted, declined, withdrawn, reopened, or removed. Removing the offer leaves both the artwork and the person untouched.
