Use the Shipping summary as a compact record of the shipment for the courier and your studio records.
Open the shipping summary
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
- Open the artwork that was sold.
- Choose the Paperwork tab.
- Find the Sale paperwork section.
- Choose Shipping summary.
- On the document page, choose Print or save as PDF.
If Shipping summary is not clickable
There is no recorded sale yet. First record the sale, then return to the artwork’s Paperwork tab.
If the tracking details are missing
Update the sale’s carrier, tracking number and fulfillment state using Update shipping and tracking after a sale.

Open from Sales
You can also open Sales, find the sale and choose Print the paperwork. This opens the artwork’s Paperwork tab for that particular sale, where you choose the document you need.
Check sender and recipient
From is your studio, using Settings → Studio. To or Bill to is the collector linked to this sale, using their saved address and contact details in People. Correct the source record and reopen the document if anything is missing. Missing information is shown as not recorded; a document does not fill in an address for you.
What the summary contains
Check the sale and work references, From and Ship to blocks, fulfillment status and dates, courier and tracking, artwork and packed dimensions, packing type and weight, declared artwork value and recorded shipping charges. Missing values say not recorded. Artwork value is not proof of insurance. Correct packing details on the artwork and carrier/tracking on the sale, then reopen the summary. The summary does not buy postage or arrange collection.
