Availability tells Studio Operations what the current selling state of one artwork is.
Change the availability
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
- Open the artwork you want to change.
- Choose the Price tab.
- Scroll to Where and how it sells.
- Open the Right now it is menu.
- Choose For sale, Being held, Sold, Not for sale, or Not set.
- Choose Save price.

A new artwork cannot be published while availability is Not set. See the publishing checklist.
If a sale caused the change
Do not just change the label to make the screen look right. A real sale should be recorded in Sales, which keeps the collector, amount and paperwork connected.
