Add customs information for international shipping

Use this when you already know the customs description and tariff code your studio normally uses for international artwork shipments.

1Add the customs details

1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations.
2. At the very bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear icon. The Settings drawer opens from the right.
3. Click Shipping.
4. Scroll to For international sales.
5. Enter the Customs description.
6. Enter the Tariff code that applies.
7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.

Studio Operations stores the information you enter. It does not determine which customs classification applies to your work. Requirements vary by destination and carrier.

To change the countries you ship to, use Set where you ship and which carriers you use. For one sold work’s shipment, use Update shipping and tracking after a sale.
