Your Studio Operations plan controls how many artworks you can keep, whether artwork payment workflows and private prices are available, and which support you get. It is separate from the payment provider a buyer may use to pay for an artwork.
Current plans
- Free: $0/month, up to 10 artworks, a basic public gallery of your works (no other website pages), no payment workflows. Support: help guides; account access, security and legal requests are always answered.
- Showcase: $9/month, up to 20 artworks, a full artist website and Studio tools, no payment workflows. Support: help guides, then email support if a guide does not solve your question.
- Studio: $29/month, up to 150 artworks, payment workflows and private prices collectors can accept. Support: email support for any question, answered first.
- Studio Plus: $49/month, up to 500 artworks, the same as Studio with more room. Support: email support for any question, answered first.
Support is always in writing, by email and support tickets. There is no phone or live support.
AI writing assistance and artwork import are included on every plan. Record spreadsheets and artwork image downloads are available on every plan, including after a trial ends, through the account export controls. Each studio has one login. Custom domains are planned only for Studio and Studio Plus subscribers and are not available in the current build.
New studios start with one 30-day trial of Showcase features, with room for 20 artworks and no payment workflows. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Choose a paid plan through Settings → Subscription. Paid access starts after payment confirmation.
What counts toward the limit
- Drafts and works that are published or for sale count.
- Sold works never count.
- Returned works do not count. Unsold archived works still count; archiving does not make room for another work.
- Works in Recently deleted and the sample examples do not count.
You can save the last work allowed by your plan normally. An action that would exceed the limit brings up an upgrade offer before the extra work is saved: Free offers Showcase ($9/month, 20 works); Showcase offers Studio ($29/month, 150 works); Studio offers Studio Plus ($49/month, 500 works). For example, work 150 saves on Studio; attempting work 151 offers Studio Plus. Choose Upgrade to review the selected plan and any charge with Stripe before confirming, or Remove a work first. At 500 works there is no higher plan. Drafts cannot bypass the limit.
Review or change the plan
Settings → Subscription
- Open Subscription from Settings.
- Read the current plan, price and artwork capacity shown on the page.
- For your first paid subscription, choose the plan and Save and continue to secure Stripe checkout. For a linked subscription, use Open billing page and review the available changes there.
- Return to Subscription and confirm the paid plan. Starting checkout or saving settings alone does not prove payment.
If the change is refused
If Studio’s own plan-selection check refuses a choice because your counted work total exceeds its limit, choose sufficient capacity. Stripe shows the timing and amount of changes to an existing subscription. Existing records are preserved when limits change. If a trial ends without a paid plan or a canceled subscription reaches the end of paid access, excess public works can be hidden rather than deleted. Your works identifies how many are hidden; the first eligible works in your gallery order stay public.
Payment connection boundary
A plan that permits payment connections does not itself prove that checkout is connected. Free and Showcase do not allow artwork payment workflows. If you click a locked payment feature, such as private prices, Getting paid or checkout, a short card explains what Studio adds and offers Upgrade or Not now. A paid Studio or Studio Plus plan still needs a separately connected payment provider before collectors can pay.
Commissions and the Free-plan credit
Commissions are included on Studio and Studio Plus. The Commissions row in the plan comparison uses the same availability. On Free and Showcase, Add a commission remains visible but locked. Commission invoices support Zelle or check for now; a card-payment link is not available yet.
