Sign in
- Open the Studio Operations sign-in page.
- Enter the email address connected to your account.
- Enter your password.
- Choose Sign in.
If the email address or password is not recognized, check the email spelling and try again. Studio Operations does not reveal whether a particular email address has an account.
Reset your password
- Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address you use for Studio Operations.
- Choose Send reset link.
- Open the private link in the email. The link is valid for one hour.
- Enter and confirm a new password with at least 12 characters and one symbol such as $ # ? !. Letters may be lowercase, uppercase or both, and numbers are optional.
- Choose Save new password, then return to sign in.
If the link is invalid or has expired, request another one. If you did not request a reset email, ignore it and keep your current password.
