The Studio Operations Account settings show where record exports will live, but the export actions are not connected yet.
Find your record exports
Settings → Account → Your records
You will see Download everything as a spreadsheet and Download all images.
Know the current status
Both export buttons are deliberately disabled during development.
Your records remain in Studio Operations. A disabled button does not mean your browser is broken or your records are missing.
If you need records before export is active
Use the relevant Help Guide or Guided Help first. If you still need a copy of your data while self-service export is unavailable, contact Studio Operations Support and explain which records you need.
