Turn on shipping insurance or signature requirements

Use these switches only when they describe what your studio really does for the shipments you send.

1Open Shipping settings

1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations.
2. At the very bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear icon. The Settings drawer opens from the right.
3. Click Shipping.
4. Scroll to How work is packed by default.

2Change the promises

1. Turn Always insure for the full sale price on or off.
2. Turn Require a signature on delivery on or off.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the drawer and click Save changes.

Collectors can be shown these promises on public artwork pages. Do not switch them on as a preference if the studio does not actually follow them.

For packaging assumptions, use Set your default artwork packing details. For the status and tracking of a real sold work, use Update shipping and tracking after a sale.
