Use this when you want Studio Operations to email you, or stop emailing you, when a sale is recorded.
Turn sale emails on or off
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations.
- At the very bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear icon. The Settings drawer opens from the right.
- Click Account.
- Scroll to Email preferences.
- Find Someone buys a work.
- Turn the switch on or off.
- Scroll to the bottom of the drawer and click Save changes.
If notifications are going to the wrong inbox, follow Choose where Studio Operations notifications are sent.
