Settings → Account is for your Studio Operations sign-in, password access, sign-in security preference, and email notifications. It is separate from Settings → Subscription.

Signing in

Under Signing in you can:

  • Change your sign-in email. Enter the new address and your current password, then choose Save changes. The address must be valid and unused by another Studio Operations user. Use the one-hour confirmation link sent to the new address; your sign-in email stays unchanged until you confirm it.
  • Choose Change password. Password changes use a private one-hour email link.
  • Turn on Ask for a code when I sign in after verifying your mobile number. Enter your current password and choose Save changes. After your password is accepted at sign-in, a temporary code goes to that verified number. Keep your recovery codes private and safely stored.

Email notifications

The Account section also stores your Studio Operations email-notification preferences. These are separate from your public studio contact email and your subscription billing email.

Account is not Subscription

Account controls sign-in and personal notification preferences. Subscription holds the current Studio Operations plan and billing-email settings. Use Subscription to start a paid plan or open the linked Stripe billing page for invoices, payment methods and cancellation. Review the amount and timing there before confirming a change. See Where subscription and billing controls live.

Email can mean three different things

Your sign-in email, studio contact email, and billing email can be different. If you are trying to work out where Studio Operations sends inquiry and sale notices, follow Choose where Studio Operations notifications are sent.

If you cannot find Settings itself, start with Open Settings in Studio Operations.

Import existing artwork

Choose Import artwork into Farbase. Export your existing records as CSV or XLSX and keep the original column headings. Choose the matching source and file format, select the file, then choose Stage file and check columns.

Match the title and other artwork columns. If your spreadsheet includes photographs, select their column under Image links. Use direct public HTTPS links to JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to six per work and 10 MB per image. Separate multiple links with line breaks. A link that requires another service’s sign-in cannot be imported. You can leave the image column unused and add photographs later.

Choose Build the safe preview. Farbase prepares the selected images privately before showing the preview. If preparation is still running, choose the same button again as the message requests; no works have been added. Correct an unavailable or unsupported image link before starting a new batch. Check the matched image count and resolve rows needing attention.

Choose Import private drafts when the preview is correct. Matching records are skipped rather than overwritten. New works and their photographs appear in Your works as private drafts. Review each record before publishing.

Undo an import

On the completed batch, choose Undo this batch. The confirmation names the spreadsheet and explains what will move. Go back keeps everything unchanged. Confirming moves only unchanged works from that batch, with their images, to Recently deleted for 30 days. Earlier artwork records stay unchanged. Restore returns a work as a private draft. If an imported work or image has since been edited or connected to another record, Undo stops without removing any of the batch.

Exports and account closure

Choose the spreadsheet download for an Excel workbook with Works, People, Sales and Offers sheets. Choose the image download for a ZIP organized by artwork. These downloads are available on every plan and from the trial-ended screen. Any unavailable image files are identified in the ZIP instead of silently omitted. The Close account shortcut remains unavailable; contact Support for account closure.
