If an artwork is missing from your Studio Operations Microsite Work page or from the standalone gallery on an outside website, check these in order.
Make sure the artwork is Published
Your works → open the artwork → check the status beside its title
If the work is still a Draft, follow Publish an artwork to your website.
Make sure it is allowed to show on your website
A Published work can still be hidden from public display. If you previously hid it, follow Show a hidden published artwork on your website.
Make sure the artwork is Active
Your works → open the artwork → check its catalogue status
Archived work is not part of the public catalogue. If necessary, use Archive or reactivate an artwork in your catalogue and choose Active.
Check the right public version
Preview website
Use this to check the Work page inside your Studio Operations Microsite.
View gallery → Preview this page
Use this to check the standalone gallery used on an outside website.
If the Studio Operations preview is correct but the gallery is missing from your outside website, use Put your public gallery on your existing website.
If the artwork opens but an image is missing
The artwork page only uses images marked for public use. Use Reorder or remove artwork images, or Add images to an existing artwork.
Escalate only if all of those checks are correct
If the work is Published, visible, Active and still missing after a fresh reload, continue through Guided Help. Open a support case only if the problem remains.
