Change your studio defaults

Studio defaults save the choices you use most often. They do not replace artwork-specific facts.

1Open Studio settings

1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations.
2. At the very bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear icon. The Settings drawer opens from the right.
3. Click Studio.
4. Scroll to How things work by default.

2Change a default

1. Choose Measurements as Inches, Centimetres, or Both.
2. Enter Ships within if you want a normal dispatch timeframe.
3. For Ships from, follow Edit in Shipping. Change and save the origin under Settings → Shipping; Studio shows that saved value.
4. Turn Include shipping in the price collectors see on only when that is your normal rule.
5. Turn Send a certificate of authenticity with every sale on only when you actually do that for every sale.
6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.

For detailed shipping rules such as destinations, carriers, packaging and insurance, use Settings → Shipping. For a single artwork’s real availability or selling state, use Change an artwork’s availability.
