Use this for the packing assumptions your studio normally uses before you know the exact details of a particular shipment.
Open Shipping settings
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations.
- At the very bottom of the sidebar, click the Settings gear icon. The Settings drawer opens from the right.
- Click Shipping.
- Scroll to How work is packed by default.
Save the defaults
- Choose Packaging: Rigid box, Crate, or Tube, rolled.
- Enter Packed size adds if packing normally increases the dimensions by a predictable amount.
- Enter Packed weight adds if packing normally adds a predictable amount of weight.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.
