Use this when you want to change the purchase path for one artwork without changing its asking price or availability.
Studio ($29/month) or Studio Plus ($49/month) is required for payment workflows and private prices collectors can accept. On Free, Showcase and the trial, the relevant controls remain visible but locked. Click a locked control to see what Studio adds and Upgrade, or choose See plans to review your options. Saved settings and records are preserved.
Change the purchase mode
- Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
- Open the artwork.
- Click the Price tab.
- Scroll to Where and how it sells.
- Open How it can be bought.
- Choose Straight from my site or By arrangement only.
- Click Save price.
What the choices mean
Straight from my site allows website checkout when the rest of the checkout requirements are also ready. The artwork still needs to be published, active and for sale with a valid price; the selected payment connection must be enabled and current; the business and sales-tax setup must be ready; and shipping must be included or have an exact buyer-facing charge.
By arrangement only replaces the buy path with an inquiry so you can agree the sale personally.
This setting is separate from availability. A work can still be For sale, Being held, Sold, or Not for sale regardless of which purchase path you choose.
