Change how one artwork ships

Use the artwork’s Selling & shipping tab for shipping facts that belong to one specific work. These are different from your studio-wide Shipping settings.

1Open the artwork’s shipping details

1. Look at the left sidebar in Studio Operations and click Your works.
2. Open the artwork you want to change.
3. Across the top of the artwork record, click Selling & shipping.
4. Scroll to How it ships.

2Change the shipping facts

1. Under Packed in, choose Box, Crate, or Tube.
2. Enter the artwork’s Weight and choose pounds or kilograms.
3. If the work is a sculpture, enter the Base diameter when it matters for packing.
4. Enter the Number of panels.
5. Tick Ready to hang straight out of the box only when that is true.
6. Tick Has a decorative frame only when that is true.
7. Click Save shipping details.

If you need to change what shipping costs you, that amount lives on the Price tab. For the studio-wide public shipping message, destinations, carriers and defaults, use Settings → Shipping.
